Shipping Info

Thank you for your custom.

Once your order has been received you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

Items are dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment and you will receive and email to notify that your purchase is on its way.

All items are shipped via 1st class Royal Mail post. Upgrades are available if you contact us. Your order should arrive within 7 working days of being dispatched. Please allow longer times during busy periods of the year.

Return Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we are here to help.

Returns:
You have 30 working days to return an item from when you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive you item we will notify you that we will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved we will initiate a payment via your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of your original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Digital Items:
Given the nature of downloads and digital items we will not generally offer a refund or credit on these purchases.
